synopsis
Sam Bell has spent more than three years aboard the lunar station Selene, overseeing the extraction of helium-3, the resource that has become Earth's only answer to the global energy crisis. Weighed down by isolation and the distance separating him from his wife and daughter, he clings to the hope of the day they will finally be reunited.
An old-fashioned sci-fi movie in the best sense: far more psychological drama than space opera, dispensing with overweening CGI and loud flashy action sequences while harking back to subtler, more ideas-driven entries in the genre.
