Following the recent passing of the singular French-Iranian author and filmmaker Marjane Satrapi, the Cinémathèque pays tribute to her remarkable body of work.

The animated feature Persepolis and the live-action film Poulet aux prunes, both adapted from Satrapi's own graphic novels and co-directed with Vincent Paronnaud, form an artistic legacy shaped by memory, exile and loss, bearing witness to a deeply personal cinematic voice.
