Live Cinema 2026

A Look Back in Images

On 23 and 24 January 2026, the Philharmonie pulsed to the rhythm of Live Cinema, once again welcoming a loyal audience who showed up in full force.

On Friday evening, Lady Windermere’s Fan (1925) by Ernst Lubitsch opened the weekend with elegance. The Luxembourg Philharmonic, under the baton of Timothy Brock, elevated the screening with a live accompaniment of remarkable finesse.

The following day, the Family Edition featuring The Circus (1928) by Charlie Chaplin brought together young and old for a moment of shared laughter and emotion.

Two complementary events celebrating the magic of silent cinema through music.
