synopsis

Sydney Pollack a réussi, comme souvent, a mêler une histoire romanesque à la grande Histoire de son pays. (…) Le film, qui assume sa part de romantisme rétro, doit aussi beaucoup à son couple vedette. Barbra Streisand et Robert Redford, l’un comme l’autre au sommet de leur carrière, dégagent un charme indéniable tout a fait propice.
