synopsis
Following the death of their father, Elinor and Marianne Dashwood are forced to leave their beloved family estate and retreat to the countryside with their mother. There, the two sisters must navigate the delicate balance between reason and passion as they confront the trials of love in a society governed by rigid conventions and strict social codes.
